Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We will not accept any returns without a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”).  We will not issue an RMA for any sale or discounted items.  To request an RMA, you must send an e-mail to thbstrvng@gmail.com setting forth the basis for your request no later than 30 calendar days after the purchase date.  After considering your request, we will either (a) issue an RMA and provide instructions on how to return the applicable item(s), or (b) explain why your request was denied.  We will not accept returned item(s) that are not actually received by us within 14 calendar days after the RMA is issued.  All returned items must be (x) unworn and unused, (y) in the same new condition, and in the original packaging, in which you received each item, with all original labels and hangtags intact, and (z) accompanied by a copy of the RMA.  You are responsible for all shipping and related costs, and ensuring delivery to us, of returned item(s) so you should use a trackable and insured shipping service.  If those conditions are satisfied, we will refund the purchase price and any sales tax collected from you, but we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deduct the actual shipping costs that we incurred in sending the item(s) to you.

To be clear, we will not refund or reimburse any shipping or related costs, whether in connection with your original purchase or any return.

Exchange Policy

We do not currently process exchanges so please follow the return process described above and place a new order for the desired replacement item.
